Modular Tubing & Connection Systems by Jacob Tubing
Developed from the milling industry, Jacob Soehne GmbH & Company was founded in 1924. Modular tubing was introduced in the 1950’s and is now distributed by U.S. subsidiary, Jacob Tubing, out of Memphis, Tennessee.
Jacob’s modular tubing systems offer air tight, dust tight solutions with a design that makes for swift assembly and disassembly.
Versatile Modular Tubing & Connection Systems
Jacob Tubing’s modular tube and assemblies are produced from mild, stainless, & galvanized steel in 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm wall thicknesses. Domestically, 80 – 300mm diameters are available (3.1496″ – 11.8102″) but from overseas, diameters up to 630mm (24.8031″) are obtainable. In the U.S., the shortest length is 2″ and the longest is 78″.
Recently, Jacob GmbH, has decided to offer a 1600mm (62.9921″) diameter tube. This would be a custom order with extended lead times. Please inquire if you have an application requiring tube of this size.
Jacob Tubing’s Pull Rings significantly reduce installation time and are offered in Quick Connect or Bolted, with seal, providing an airtight connection.
In addition to the above products, Jacob Tubing also manufactures manual, adjustable and pneumatic slide gates as well as USDA/Sanitary Material Handling products; learn more about these by downloading their brochure.
